Where It Works Well
• Appropriate for native and restoration landscapes

• Male pollinator for female winterberry cultivars
• Supports bee activity during bloom
Other info: Tolerant of poorly drained soils. Brilliant red berries can persist through winter. Dioecious (meaning female flowers and male flowers grow on separate plants. To get berries on a female plant, a male plant must be near. We are not able to guarantee a specific sex).. Excellent in low spots or along ponds. Great for birds. Subject to chlorosis in high ph soils.
