Set up (help us set up tables and chairs on the afternoon of Wednesday August 19th) *Note: you don't have to be attending the conference/registered to help on the 25th Helping with check in/registration (7:30 am on August 20th) Logistics (giving directions, answering questions) Manning the coffee and snacks (morning and during breaks) Tech equipment (making sure the projectors, etc. are ready) Waste management (directing people to trash and recycling, making sure bins are not overflowing) Food line (directing traffic at the buffet) Tear down (help us tear down tables and chairs at the end of the event)
