Mark McCauley
Resource Conservationist

Mark has a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Purdue University and over 30 years experience in addressing natural resources concerns and conservation planning.  He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control.

Claire Lane
Urban Conservationist

Claire has bachelors degrees in biology and history from Franklin College and completed her master of science in environmental science at Indiana University Bloomington. She has a professional certification in watershed management, a certificate in underwater resource management, is a master gardener, a certified Green Infrastructure Practitioner, and a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.

Taylor Wilson
Urban Conservation Technician

Taylor has a bachelors degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management with a minor in Plant Biology from Ball State University with focuses on soil and ecology.

Diane Turner
Conservation Technician and Outreach Assistant

Diane has a master of science degree in Plant Pathology and a bachelors degree in horticulture from the University of Tennessee.  She has worked with agriculture and home gardening audiences for over 18 years with Purdue University and North Carolina State University.

David Bradway
Conservation Administrator

David has a bachelors degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management focusing on water resources management with minors in Energy and German and a concentration in Chemistry from Ball State University. He holds multiple certifications including HAZWOPER 40-hour and Class 2, C Wastewater Operator’s Licenses, and a certificate in watershed management. David has worked extensively with municipal and industrial stormwater management and provides experience in grant writing, project management, volunteer coordination and organization management.

Makayla Reel

Makayla was with the Hamilton County Health Department for 2 years before joining our team in 2022. She was born and raised right here in Noblesville. Her attention to detail, creative work ethic and warm personality make her a perfect fit for our office. She is eager to learn more about Soil and Water. 

Lucy Carlstedt
Noblesville Highschool & Summer Project Intern ​

Lucy will be attending Indiana University Bloomington in the fall of 2022, for a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Affairs: Environmental Management at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a senior at Noblesville High School, and would say her favorite class is AP Environmental Science. She aspires to have her PhD in Environmental Policy and hopes to continue her education and go into Environmental Law.​
